Mario, an Architecture student from Cal Poly Pomona, sitting in the shadows while the professor talked about the Greek Oracle located near the greek city of Neapolis (Which would someday become the roman city of Napoli).
A bronze statue of greek athelte, which painted Eyes!!! Spooky as hell.
Naple's glass enclosed galleria. It was a neat place, there is a similar one in Milan.
Another picture...I walked by this palce at about 10 pm one nigth to find all the stores closed for the evenign and abotu 5 soccer games going on inside. Young kids about 6-13 years old were playing the original version of indoor soccer in the galleria. I did not get a picture of the stores, but the stores had 12 foot by 12 foot glass display windows that the kids would kick the ball against. I could not beleive that they were allowed to play in there.
The Night we went to Capri, I took our soccer ball to play in the galleria. When we paly soccer in piazza Croce in Florence, we have to be careful not to kick teh ball to hard, toherwise we have to chase after it infront of everyone watchign as they walk home. However here we could kick the ball as hard as we could and it did not matter. A couple of time we hit the windows, but they did not budge one bit, I was surprised...
This is one of the four entrances to the galleria. The picture was taken at night with my little tripod and 800 speed film, I think it has a real nice quality of light...
I took a walk around Naples one night and took this picture. I like it very much.
