The Danish Design center: a very nicely detailed place, but it
seemed that a lot of the place was devoted to the very nice stairs to the right
and 5 levels of stacked walkway (We are looking down on of them now, with the
elevator immediately to the right. To the left were the more public functions
of the building, main entrance, cafeteria, etc, the center the circulation area
seen here, and the right were the offices, where they do who know way. Very
nice place though...
Back to the Black diamond, and all of its glass.
Brian, strumming away on the guitar. Piano, guitars, photography,
architecture...I wonder if there is anything that he cannot do...
A nice little windmill. This quaint windmill was located on a formerly fortified island used to defend the city. There used to be barracks and cannons, now the barracks, I think, used by private companies-probably a bunch of internet startup companies.
Some new buildings that I took some time to sketch. The main Copenhagen
harbor is to our right (The Black diamond is about 1/2 mile down, towards this
building). It was not cold there, but it was incredibly windy. Thank goodness
I had my scarf to keep me warm.
Me and Willie (and who? who is that? I think its Brian...) in
an impromptu photo opportunity.
Some canal in Copenhagen. Copenhagen had some supremely unattractive
postcards. I am guessing that the city does not get too many tourists...
